CTI capability indicates that the application can act/react on the activities occurring on the deskphones. "CTI is used to implement intelligent call routing. Damaka enterprise application could be CTI enabled by integrating to a CTI Server which is linked to the PBX. The CTI Server can both receive event data from the PBX as well as command/control the PBX. All major switches have a CTI IP based link for connections to a CTI Server. This feature would greatly enhance the productivity & efficiency of enterprise clients.

Damaka also announces that its application is integrated to MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). In other words, users can click on a contact (email, name, web link) and make a communication connection via damaka application. The damaka plug-in would connect MS Office Suite applications and damaka client to perform communication and collaboration.
